Diane is the best. She sold my father-in-laws house and had a buyer on the first day. She helped make the process go along a smooth as possible. She kept us informed along the way. Diane helped us sell our two family home at 90 Iris Ave. There were many things that made her great:- She was very reliable and responsive – she was always available and willing to show the house, and would contact us right away with feedback. For me this was of great importance. Some Realtors make you seek them out, but this was never the case with Diane.- She would offer advice and changes we could make to have the house more presentable for sale- She was honest and would explain why suggestions or recommendations (including sale price, and acceptance price) were fair or out of line- She did not pressure us at all. She understood that the process can be stressful and did all she could to alleviate it.

All the above made her a great Realtor, and one that we would certainly use again and recommend. However, one of the best reasons to work with Diane was that she was pleasant. Her attitude and demeanor were positive, and happy. She made it seem like you were working with a friend that you've known for years.
